Easynet Connect was looking for a step change in its CRM and partnership systems, not only to manage costs and efficiency more effectively but also to help with the growth of its customer base and business initiatives. The company decided to review all systems used with a view to replacing various core systems with a single, integrated, off-the-shelf solution.
Project Decorum’s objectives were:- To deliver business change;

Following a tender process, Salesforce.com was selected as the Software as a Service supplier of choice utilising Cast Iron for integration with 3rd party systems.
