The Shoreditch Trust is a community led regeneration programme funded by the ODPM.  Digital Bridge Ltd, a subsidiary of The Shoreditch Trust, was founded to provide a new channel for the delivery of public and private sector services to households. The enterprise is utilising quad-play infrastructure (television, broadband, telephony and video on demand) to deliver channel content to set-top boxes at the customer site.

LOC Consulting has provided the roles of Finance Director, Business Integration Director, Customer Operations & Technical project manager. Since LOC involvement commenced in July 2005, Homechoice, Microsoft and Hildebrand have been engaged as strategic partners.

The Digital Bridge launched to ministerial acclaim on 8 May 2006 (with endorsements from Tony Blair and Ruth Kelly).  The service was in its pilot phase thorugh to October 2006, with 200 users actively using the system. LOC are now helping Digital Bridge shape the next phase of work which includes scaling for a national roll out.
